In accordance with the provisions of the Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that on 17/09/2009, Mrs. Eftychia Giatili wife of Mr. Evangelos- Apostolos Vakakis, Chairman and CEO of JUMBO S.A., sold 10.000 common nominal shares of Jumbo SA, of total value EUR 81.500,00.
