Notification of the Company’s home Member State

Jumbo S.A., pursuant to the Law 3556/2007, as amended by Law 4374/2016 (Government Gazette A' 50/01.04.2016), informs the investment community that the Company's home Member State is Greece and the supervisory competent authority is the Hellenic Capital Commission. This notification is made in the context of the adjustment of the Greek Legislation to the Transparency Directive 2013/50/EC.
