Appointment of Chief Operational Officer and Chief Financial Officer

JUMBO S.A. (the "Company"), in accordance with Regulation 596/2014/EU and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, as applicable, informs the investing public that Ms. Anastasia Zante and Mr. Polys Polycarpou have assumed the positions of Chief Operational Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) respectively.

Ms. Zante graduated with honors from the Department of Accounting and Finance of the Athens University of Economics and Business. She joined the company in 2021 as a member of the merchandising division. From 2021 until today, Ms. Zante, working with determination and dedication, has dived deep in the operations of the Company, to create shareholders’ value in a very short period.

Mr. Polycarpou is an Executive Member of the Board of Directors and was appointed as an Executive Director in 2022. In his previous role, Mr. Polycarpou was actively involved in shaping the Company's strategy. He has 20 years of experience and expertise in financial and business analysis. He holds a Master's degree in International Finance and Investment Banking from ICMA.
