The company’s management has to reschedule the announcement date of the results of the financial year 2009/2010 for the end of the trading session in Athex on Wednesday, September 29th 2010.
The rescheduling reason is that the communication with the responsible supervisory authorities has not been concluded regarding the accurate presentation of the extraordinary tax contributions, under the Law 3808/22-12-2009 and the Law 3845/6-5-2010 on the companies’ profits for the fiscal years 2009 and 2010 in the financial statements of the Jumbo SA for the financial year ended on 30/06/2010.
