JUMBO SA announces that the percentage of shares of “SmallCap World Fund” in the company, has decreased below the 5% limit from November 29th, 2011, as was informed the company on November 30th, 2011,

According to the above mentioned notice, on November 29th, 2011, the participation of ” SmallCap World Fund” changed from 6.569.288 shares to 6.486.288 shares of “JUMBO SA”. It is noted that,” SmallCap World Fund” has granted proxy voting authority to “Capital Research and Management Company”, its investment adviser.
