Announcement According to Law 3556/2007, regarding Jumbo’s - Share Capital

“JUMBO SA" (hereinafter "the Company"), pursuant to the provisions of the articles 9, par. 5 and 21 of the Law.3556/2007 and in combination with the Decision 1/434 / 03.07.2007 of the BoD of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that the share capital of the Company amounts to a total of EUR 119.732.587,92 and is divided into 136.059.759 ordinary registered voting shares of par value EUR 0.88 each.
Each Company share entitles to one vote.
