Update of 2016 Financial Calendar 2015/2016
Jumbo S.A. in accordance with the article 4.1.4.3.1. of the ATHEX Regulation, announces the update of its 2016 Financial Calendar, subject to necessary approvals by the relevant authorities:
• Extraordinary meeting: 27.07.2016 on the approval among others on the distribution to the shareholders of an extraordinary dividend of total amount € 36.736.134,93 i.e. a gross amount of EUR 0,27 per share (total 136.059.759 shares) which is part of the extraordinary reserves from taxed and undistributed profits of the fiscal year 01.07.2011 to 30.06.2012.
• Cutoff date of the special dividend: 29.07.2016. Date after the 15.07.2016 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index.
• Special Dividend beneficiaries – Record date: 01.08.2016.
• Special dividend payment date: 04.08.2016.
The Company reserves the right to change the above dates following relevant notification to the Investors.
