Update of the Year 2017 Financial Calendar

Jumbo S.A. in accordance with the article 4.1.2 & 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, announces the update of its 2017 Financial Calendar with reference to the ex-date, record date and payment commencement date of the year 2016/2017 interim dividend amount of Euro 0,18 per share. The above amount is subject to a 15% tax imposed on dividends pursuant to paragraph 11 of article 112 of the Law 4387/2016 (Government Gazette A' 85/12.05.2016) as amended with the Law 4389/2016 (Government Gazette A' 94/27.05.2016), after the withholding a dividend tax the interim dividend amounts to 0,1530 Euro per share:
  • Year 2016/2017 ex-interim dividend date: Wednesday March 22nd, 2017. Date after the 17.03.2017 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index.
  • Interim Dividend beneficiaries – Record date: Thursday March 23rd, 2017.
  • Interim dividend payment date: Tuesday March 28th, 2017.
The Company reserves the right to change the above dates following relevant notification to the Investors.
