Payment of residual cash distribution
During the Annual General Meeting that was held on May 5th, 2022, the Group’s management reassured its shareholders-partners that as things stand today, its intention is to maintain in full the dividend policy of 2021 and in 2022.
This implies that for 2022, a dividend of a total of 0,77 EUR / share will be distributed.
Therefore:
In addition to the gross amount of 0,3850 EUR/ share that was approved and distributed in January 2022, the management announced its intention to distribute the remaining 0,3850 EUR/ share again in the form of extraordinary cash distribution within the next two months.
With the decision of the Board of Directors of Jumbo dated 10.05.2022, the management of the Group implements its commitment and announces the distribution of the remaining amount of 0,3850 EUR per share in the form of an extraordinary cash distribution.
In accordance with the Updated Financial Calendar:
• Cut-off date of the extraordinary cash distribution is Thursday June 2nd, 2022.
• Record date is Friday June 3rd, 2022.
The payment of the extraordinary cash distribution will begin on Wednesday June 8th, 2022.
