Announcement of regulated information according to law 3556/2007

JUMBO SA announces that, according to law 3556/2007, the percentage of voting rights of “First Eagle Investment Management LLC” in the company, has increased above the 5% limit from 17.08.2011, as was declared to the company on 19.08.2011. According to the above mentioned announcement, on 17.08.2011,” First Eagle Investment Management LLC” was indirectly the owner of 6.957.912 voting rights of “JUMBO SA” or 5,35% of the shareholders equity. According to its previous official notification made on 27.6.2011, “First Eagle Investment Management LLC” controlled 5.06% of the voting rights of the Company. The present announcement is made pursuant to the Law 3556/2007 as the percentage of the voting rights of the Company held by the shareholder was at 4.94% and on 17.8.2011 has increased above the 5% limit.
