Announcement of regulated information according to law 3556/2007

Jumbo SA announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007, that “FMR LLC”, announced to the company on April 26th, 2011 that its participation and the participation of the mutual funds and other investment accounts under its management, reached 10.12% (13.155.984 shares) from 9,98% (12.955.984 shares) after the purchase of Jumbo’s shares on April 21st, 2011.
