JUMBO S.A. announces that Mrs. Vasiliki Gioutsou wife of Mr. Ioannis Oikonomou, legal advisor and Vice President of the Board of Directors of Jumbo S.A. on 17.12.2013, transferred to the Joint Investor Account with her husband Ioannis Oikonomou her son Aggelos Papakostas, 150.000 shares of the company from her personal investment account.
