In accordance with the provisions of the Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that on 3/12/2013, Mrs. Vassiliki Gioutsou wife of Mr. Ioannis Economou, legal advisor and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of JUMBO S.A., sold 24.918 common nominal shares of Jumbo SA, of total value EUR 299.016 and on 04/12/2013 sold 1.318 common nominal shares of Jumbo SA, of total value EUR 15.816.
