Announcement of regulated information according to law 3556/2007

In accordance with the provisions of the Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that on 09/10/2013, Mrs. Vassiliki Gioutsou wife of Mr. Ioannis Economou, legal advisor and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of JUMBO S.A., sold 10.000 common nominal shares of Jumbo SA, of total value EUR 97.800,00 and on 10/10/2013 Mrs. Vassiliki Gioutsou sold 15.000 common nominal shares of Jumbo SA, of total value EUR 152.250,00.
