Announcement of regulated information according to law 3556/2007

In accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that the foreign foundation “KARPATHIA FOUNDATION”, although it does not own directly shares of the company, informed that on 16.06.2017 held indirectly the 23,22% of the voting rights of Jumbo, through the control of the total of the shares of the shareholder “TANOCERIAN MARITIME S.A.”.It is noted that the position of previous notification was 26,72%.
