Announcement of regulated information according to law 3556/2007

In accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that Mr. Vakakis Evangelos-Apostolos, Chairman of the BoD of Jumbo SA, although he does not own shares of the company, announced that on 16.06.2017 held indirectly 23,22% of the voting rights, through the foreign foundation “KARPATHIA FOUNDATION”, which controls the total of the shares of the shareholder “TANOCERIAN MARITIME S.A.”. It is noted that the position of previous notification was 26,72%.
