Jumbo SA announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007, that "New World Fund, Inc." announced to the company on 08.09.2025 that the direct participation in “Jumbo SA”, has decreased below the 5% limit as of September 5, 2025.
According to the above mentioned announcement, on September 5, 2025, "New World Fund, Inc." was directly the owner of 6,457,990 voting rights of “JUMBO SA” or 4.81% while the position of previous notification was 5.03%.
According to the above-mentioned announcement, as of September 5, 2025, “New World Fund, Inc.” directly held 6,457,990 voting rights in “JUMBO S.A.”, corresponding to 4.81% of the total, whereas in the previous notification the holding stood at 5.03%.

Neither CGC nor any of its affiliate’s own shares of the company for its own account. Rather, the shares reported on the Notification are owned by accounts under the discretionary investment management of one or more of the investment management companies described above.
