External Auditors

The Company is audited by independent Certified Auditors.

The Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting held on July 9th, 2025 elected the auditing firm, «BDO Greece» SOEL Reg. No: 173 for the auditing of the Company’s financial statements and the Group’s consolidated financial statements for the financial year 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025 and set their fee.
