Announcement on the Board of Directors decision

The Board of Directors of Jumbo SA at its meeting on June 9, 2017: a) ascertained the death of George Vakakis of Apostolos-Evangelos that occurred on 26.2.2017 and decided not be replaced in the BoD, b) accepted the resignation of Mr. Adamantios Stamatakis (independent non-executive member) and decided not be replaced in the BoD. The Board of Directors decided to continue the administration and representation of the company until the end of its term. The relevant decision of the Board of Directors was registered at GEMI at 23.06.2017.
