Announcement of regulated information according to law 3556/2007

Jumbo S.A. announces, that pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3340/2005, as well as the Capital Market Commission’s decisions 3/347/12.7.2005 and 1/434/3.7.2007, Eurobank EFG Equities S.A, notified JUMBO S.A. on 16.11.2011, that:

1. Sold on 15.11.2011, 4.275 common registered shares of JUMBO SA., at a total value of euros 15.624,09

2. Bought on 15.11.2011, 3.726 common registered shares of JUMBO SA., at a total value of euros 13.665,63

The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to JUMBO S.A. and accordingly, by JUMBO S.A. to the Capital Market Commission and the investors, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Victor Asser from November 3rd, 2011 holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is an independent non-executive member of the JUMBO S.A. Board.
