November 2022, has shown the trust of consumers in the new product mix and pricing policy of the JUMBO Group.

• November sales posted an impressive increase of c. +24%, compared to November 2021.
Sales performance by country:

Greece
In November 2022, the net sales of the parent company - excluding intragroup sales – increased by c. +12% compared to November 2021.
Overall, for the eleven-month period of 2022, the net sales of the parent company - excluding intragroup sales- increased by c. +13% y-o-y.
Cyprus
Sales in November 2022 increased by c. +21% y-o-y and maintained the strong performance.
Overall sales in Cyprus for the eleven-month period of 2022 increased by approximately +23% y-o-y.

Bulgaria
The network's sales increased by c. +84% y-o-y in November 2022. We highlight in November 2021 the stores in the country operated with Covid related controls to incoming customers.
Sales in Bulgaria for the eleven-month period of 2022 increased by c. +12% y-o-y.

Romania
The network's sales increased by c. +43% y-o-y in November 2022. In November 2021 the stores in the country also operated with Covid related controls to incoming customers.

• Also, the new hyper-store in the city of Sibiu started its operation, upping the total network of Jumbo stores in Romania to 16.

Sales in Romania for the eleven months of 2022 increased by c. +6% y-o-y.

Special Cash Distribution
As already announced, the Board of Directors of JUMBO approved on October 17, 2022 the payment of a special cash distribution of EUR 0,3850 per share for 2022.

The cut-off date for the special cash distribution is December 9, 2022, and payment will begin on December 15, 2022.
