Updated Financial Calendar
In the context of providing accurate and timely information to investors, according to the provisions of articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, Jumbo S.A. (the Company) announces its updated financial calendar:
The dividend will be paid according to the Athens Exchange Regulation through a credit institution and clarifications for the payment procedure shall be provided through a separate announcement of the Company.
The Company reserves the right to amend the abovementioned dates. In such a case, it will promptly inform investors.
- Date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: 05.07.2023.
- Cut-off date of the dividend for fiscal year 2022: 23.08.2023. Date after 18.08.2023 which is the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index.
- Beneficiaries of the dividend for fiscal year 2022 (Record date): 24.08.2023.
- Payment commencement date of the dividend for fiscal year 2022: 29.08.2023.
