Announcement of regulated information according to law 3556/2007

JUMBO SA announces that, according to law 3556/2007, “FMR LLC” percentage of shares and voting rights in the company, reached 5.00% limit after the purchase of shares on 24 August 2009, as “FMR LLC” announced to the company on 25 August 2009.

According to the above mentioned announcement, on 24 August 2009 “FMR LLC” purchased shares of Jumbo SA and as a result the total number of shares that “FMR LLC” holds reached 6.066.090 from 6.016.090 shares or 5.00% from 4.96% of the shareholders equity.
