Announcement of regulated information according to law 3556/2007

JUMBO SA announces that, according to law 3556/2007. “HSBC Holdings PLC” and «HSBC BANK PLC» with notification that was sent on July 28th, 2010 announced that the percentage of shares and voting rights in “JUMBO SA” has been decreased below the 5% limit from July 26th, 2010.

This change is a result of a corresponding change of the percentage held by the companies which are controlled by «HSBC Ηoldings PLC», “HSBC Bank PLC” and “HSBC (HELLAS) AEDAK”, to 4,91% from 5,122% of the shareholders equity.
