Announcement of regulated information according to law 3556/2007

Jumbo SA announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007, that the direct percentage of "American Funds Insurance Series
Global Small Capitalization fund" in the company has been decreased below the 5% limit from 14 January 2010 as
"American Funds Insurance Series Global Small Capitalization fund" announced to the company on 15 January
2010. According to the above mentioned announcement on 14 January 2010 the participation of "American Funds
Insurance Series Global Small Capitalization fund" changed from 6.623.735 shares (or 5,10%) to 6.196.770 shares
(4,77%) of Jumbo."American Funds Insurance Series Global Small Capitalization fund" has granted proxy voting
authority to Capital Research and Management Company, its investment adviser.
