In accordance with the provisions of the Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that on 4/10/2013, Mrs. Maria Christina Papaevangelou daughter of Mr. Evangelos Papaevangelou Deputy Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of JUMBO S.A., sold 100.923 common nominal shares of Jumbo SA, of total value EUR 940.197,07. Moreover on 07/10/2013 Mrs. Maria Christina Papaevangelou sold 20.804 common nominal shares of Jumbo SA, of total value EUR 193.477,20.
