In accordance with the provisions of the Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that on 05.06.2014 and on 06.06.2014, Mrs. Aikaterini Maria Papaevangelou daughter of Mr. Evangelos Papaevangelou Deputy Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of JUMBO S.A., sold 14.868 common nominal shares of Jumbo SA, of total value EUR 188.869,65 and 15.118 common nominal shares of Jumbo SA, of total value EUR 192.056,43 respectively.
