Announcement of regulated information according to law 3556/2007

In accordance with the provisions of the Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that on 19.06.2015, Mrs. Aikaterini Maria Papaevangelou daughter of Mr. Evangelos Papaevangelou Deputy Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of JUMBO S.A., bought 50.000 common nominal shares of Jumbo SA, of total value EUR 301.820,00 and on 22.06.2015 Mrs. Aikaterini Maria Papaevangelou bought 17.500 common nominal shares of Jumbo SA, of total value EUR 107.585,00.
