In accordance with the provisions of the Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that, Mrs. Aikaterini Maria Papaevangelou daughter of Mr. Evangelos Papaevangelou Deputy Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of JUMBO S.A.:
• On 25/2/2015 sold 16.604 common nominal shares of Jumbo SA, of total value EUR 176.177,32.
• On 26/2/2015 sold 3.150 common nominal shares of Jumbo SA, of total value EUR 33.595,00.
