Announcement of regulated information according to law 3556/2007

In accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that “TANOCERIAN MARITIME S.A.” which is shareholder of Jumbo, informed that on 16.06.2017 sold 4.762.100 shares representing a participation stake of 3,5% in the share capital and voting rights of Jumbo S.A. As a result “TANOCERIAN MARITIME S.A.” participation stake in the share capital and voting rights in Jumbo decreased from 26,72% to 23,22% and currently hold directly 31.589.966 shares and voting rights.
