Announcement of regulated information according to law 3556/2007

In accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that “TANOCERIAN MARITIME (CYPRUS) LTD” which is shareholder of Jumbo, informed that on 18.03.2021 sold 5.250.000 shares representing a participation stake of 3,86% in the share capital and voting rights of Jumbo S.A. As a result “TANOCERIAN MARITIME CYPRUS LTD” participation stake in the share capital and voting rights in Jumbo decreased from 23,22% to 19,36% and currently hold directly 26.339.966 shares and voting rights.
